User Support Services on the first floor of Bierce Library supports the informational and research needs of the university community, with particular emphasis on Business, Education, the Humanities and Social Sciences.

User Support Services is located on the first floor of Bierce Library, opposite the stairwell. This is the appropriate service point for finding basic information such as location of books, journals, and other materials, and it is a good place to go for assistance in using OhioLINK resources and the UA Libraries online catalog.

This is also the best service point for obtaining assistance in utilizing the Library’s vast collection of online and print reference resources, online databases, the campus Web, ZipSearch, Brightspace, and other important research tools.
