College for Kids

Summer 2012 Program

Don't settle for a bummer summer! Join us for some jammed-packed days of pure fun at the University of Akron Medina County University Center’s (MCUC) College for Kids (oh, mom and dad, don't worry...the kids will learn more than a thing or two). Experience cool, hands-on enrichment programs unlike anything you’ll find in an ordinary classroom.

Classes will run June 18-21, June 25-28, July 2-6 (no classes 4th July), July 9-12, July 16-19 and July 23-26. We’ll keep you busy with plenty of opportunity to create, explore, learn and make friends without the pressure of tests, grades or homework.

Sessions will take place at MCUC or Midpoint Campus Center (Brunswick). Each class description lists the acceptable grade level for students entering the following grade categories: 1-3, 4-6, 7-8 and 9-12. Class times and prices vary, so there is plenty of opportunity for everyone to experience the MCUC College for Kids!
