Achieving Communications Excellence – Personal Performance
This course focuses on both personal and professional communication. Asocial and workforce environment that lacks basic communication skills is prone to more conflict, alienation and lost productivity. The course modules help students gain insights into their emotional intelligence, develop communication skills, and foster innovation in leadership and problem solving. Excellence in communication can improve your day-to-day productivity and ultimately enhance your personal and organizational service levels. Coupled with communication skills, participants will gain insight into increasing their emotional intelligence, helping to keep things in perspective and maintaining an even keel in the midst of chaos and stress.

Spanish in the Workplace
Learn basic phrases for workforce communication, travel or fun! This class teaches the basic Spanish needed to communicate with the growing Hispanic workforce, for travel or simply for pleasure. You’ll focus on pronunciation, speaking and building vocabulary, in addition to delving into basic grammar and verb usage. This is a perfect class for beginners or for those with a basic knowledge of the language.
