Communicating with Impact
This is the foundation course for many of the IM:ExPSM courses. It teaches effective communication skills to enable exceptional performers meet the personal and practical needs of their internal partners and customers. Individuals get what they want from their interactions with others, while making sure they are giving others what they want.

Networking for Enhanced Collaboration
This course will help learners increase personal and team value by teaching them to cultivate a network of associates they can contact for information, advice, and coaching. Learners identify what information and expertise they need, identify who can provide it, practice asking for help, and then learn techniques for maintaining strong working relationships.

High Impact Feedback and Listening
In this course, individual performers learn how to effectively deliver both positive and developmental feedback. They also learn how to be receptive to feedback and to listen to and accurately understand the speaker’s intended message. In the workplace, these skills help them to optimize and sustain their own and their coworkers’ performance.

Navigating Beyond Conflict
In this course, individual performers learn how to recognize the warning signs of conflict and take action to prevent situations from escalating or to work out the conflict if it does escalate. This course focuses on the role of individual performers in implementing change in the workplace. Taking the HEAT
Even the best proactive customer service skills won’t produce satisfied customers every time. Service providers need to be equipped with reactive skills too. In this course, individual performers learn how to Take the HEAT in order to turn dissatisfied, angry customers into satisfied, loyal ones. In addition, these service providers must learn how to draw out dissatisfied customers who are reluctant to express their dissatisfaction.
