Process Troubleshooting
If anything can go wrong, it will. Every process has problems. Some are painfully obvious, others require inquiry and hard work to identify. Every production engineer and supervisor has to be a troubleshooter that uses systematic data obtained from the process. Learn the appropriate tools of troubleshooting science to prevent problems and to resolve them when they occur.
