Organizational Supervision Fundamentals

The Bachelor's in Organizational Supervision, a new program at UA, offers individuals with either an associate degree or a significant number of credit hours the opportunity to advance in their careers.

The major consists of 10 courses at the junior/senior level. In addition, students will need to complete the University’s general education requirements. Core courses in organizational supervision focus on:

• Effective leadership
• Workplace communications
• Project team management

Sample Curriculum

This baccalaureate program is designed specifically for students with an earned associate degree from an accredited institution or junior standing at The University of Akron. Interested students should contact a Summit College adviser to review their transcript and develop a program of study.

All students are required to complete a minimum of 30 credit hours of 300/400 level courses as listed below.
