UA Hosts Adult Student Information Sessions April 9 & 23

The University of Akron's Office of Admissions will host information sessions for adult students returning to college or attending for the first time.

The first session will be held on Wednesday, April 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Portage Lakes Public Library, 4261 Manchester Rd. in Akron.

The second session will be held on Wednesday, April 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Highland Square Public Library, 807 West Market St. in Akron.

During the sessions, prospective students will learn about the application processes for admission, financial aid, services for adult students, academic advising, scholarship opportunities and more.

Reservations are not necessary for these free information sessions.
