Nicole Endejann to be Honored at Intellectual Property Law Association Event
Akron, Ohio, May 10, 2002 — A University of Akron law student will travel to New York City this month to be recognized by the New York Intellectual Property Law Association. Nicole Endejann of Cincinnati will attend the group's annual meeting on Wednesday, May 22 at the Yale Club, where she will be honored for her second-place finish in the 2002 Conner Writing Competition. At the dinner, she will be presented with a plaque and $500 check in recognition of her achievement. Her contest entry, dealing with the antitrust implications and liabilities of settlements between generic and brand pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, is titled “Becoming Immune to Innovation?: Extending Noerr-Pennington Immunity to Settlements Between Brand and Generic Drug Manufacturers.” Endejann is graduating from The University of Akron School of Law at its Spring Semester Commencement ceremony, to be held on Sunday, May 19 at the E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall in Akron. She also has received a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. Return...
