 I have submitted my Intent to Enroll form. When will I receive my Enrollment Packet?
- It typically takes 7-10 days after you submit your Intent to Enroll Form for you to receive your Enrollment Packet in the US mail.
- Once you receive your Enrollment Packet you should respond quickly to request an orientation date.
- If you experience difficulty with your UA Net ID or password, please call the Computer Help Desk at 330-972-6888.
Why haven't I received an Enrollment Packet?
Enrollment Packets are mailed to all new students that submit an Intent to Enroll Form AND the $75 confirmation fee.
If you have been admitted to The University of Akron and have not yet submitted your Intent to Enroll and confirmation fee please do so now.
