a complete word/topical index of Advisory Opnions,
a digest of Advisory Opinions or the option of
selecting an Advisory Opinon based upon its number or topic. Other
informational materials are also available.
The University's Board of Trustees has also passed a rule regarding Conflicts of Interest, Conflicts of Commitment, Scholarly Misconduct and Ethical Conduct, which became effective at the University on July 5, 2000. The rule is available in both
Word and
pdf format.
The University's Office of General Counsel has also provided several training sessions regarding the Ohio Ethics Laws and University rule 3359-11-17 on Conflicts of Interest, Conflicts of Commitment, Scholarly Misconduct, and Ethical Conduct. Two of these presentations,
