Items of Special Interest for University Units Affected by HIPAA
- All complaints or questions regarding compliance with the HIPAA Privacy Regulations should be directed to the University Privacy Official, Diane Fashinpaur.
- All patient or enrollee requests for access to, amendment of, copies of, or restrictions to their health information should be directed to the Univeresity Privacy Official, Diane Fashinpaur.
- Any department that receives a subpoena for health information should refer the subpoena to the Office of General Counsel and notify the University Privacy Official, Diane Fashinpaur.
