(1) For purposes of reappointment, tenure, and promotion, the term "academic unit" is defined as one of the following: (a) A department or school where faculty hold a primary appointment. (b) A college without departments where faculty hold a primary appointment. (2) All academic units shall follow university wide procedures for reappointment, tenure, and promotion and adhere to the appropriate calendar as shown in paragraph (F)(14) of rule 3359-20-03.7.
