January 9-12, International Student Orientation

The Mandatary Spring 2007 International Student Orientation and optional receptions, designed to meet the needs of new international students will be held January 9th, 10th & 12th. Undergraduates will have additional orientation activities on January 11th.

January 24, Good Evening Commuters

Second Floor Atrium of the Student Union, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Study, Work, Travel Abroad handouts will be available and the staff will answer questions. Free coffee, juice and cookies. Sponsored by Commuter Central.

January 30, Study Abroad 101

Study Abroad 101, Room 335, Student Union, 10 to 10:45 a.m. Your college experience may be enhanced and your life may be changed by an educational experience outside of the United States. Learn how to select a program that is right for you and identify resources to make it happen. Sponsored by the “First Year Experience," University College Dean’s Office.

February 7, Study Abroad Forum

Attend the Study Abroad Forum on February, 7 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Student Union Room 335.Interested students, returnees and exchange students are invited to attend this intercultural learning experience. Bring your questions and get answers about your options for a study, work, or travel abroad experience. Staff and sojourners will be available to answer questions at this informal program. May 14 - June 4, China, Korea Study Tour

China/Korea Study Tour will be starting on May-14 and the final day would be on June 4th,2007. Approximate cost will be $2,500 (includes: airline ticket, housing, meals, medical insurance-ISIC or ITIC). Application and a $500 deposit must be received by February 9,2007.
