Merit Guidelines

The merit review guidelines in this section of our website are used by each academic unit once per year to determine the merit-based salary increase for the bargaining unit faculty.  The guidelines and criteria differ for each department and school depending on their distinctive missions and areas of focus.  All, however, include the three basic categories: teaching, research and service.
