Dr. Doverspike received his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from The University of Akron in 1983. Current research interests
include law and personnel psychology, job evaluation, pay equity, psychometric issues including bias, diversity issues, and
applications of information processing theories to testing. Courses typically taught include performance evaluation,
psychometrics and tests and measures. His publications have appeared in a number of journals including Journal of Applied
Psychology, and Public Personnel Management, and Personnel Psychology.
