Diverese Foods in a Diverse America
Facilitators: Tim Mehlberg and Chef Andy Mikuszewski.
There will be a short lecture on how cultural foods have entered our country and how they are influencing our eating decisions as we eat at and away from home. This will be followed by questions, comments and group discussion. Lastly, participants will have the opportunity to sample cultural foods that are proving to be mainstay within the U.S. food industry.
