Indoor track

The SRWC track is 1/10 of a mile, where 10 laps equals 1 mile.

  • Gymnasium spectators are not allowed on third floor running area.
  • Fitness floor equipment is prohibited on track level (e.g. medicine balls, dumbbells, etc.).
  • Walkers and slower runners must use the inside 2 lanes.
  • Appropriate attire is required. 
  • Patrons must follow direction signs.
