Official Academic Transcripts
A transcript from The University of Akron is a complete record of a student’s official academic history at UA, including all undergraduate, graduate, and professional courses. Partial transcripts are not available.
All financial obligations with The University of Akron must be reconciled prior to the submission of a transcript request.
Although grades are available for viewing via ZipLine, they will NOT be posted to your academic transcript until ONE WEEK after final grades are due. When viewing your grades and cumulative totals, it is possible that your cumulative GPA information will change once grades are posted to your academic transcript and once the Registrar's Office has finished the end-of-term processing (i.e., adjustments to repeated classes and incomplete grades). If you submit a request for an official academic transcript after grades have been posted to your academic record, it will be processed ONE WEEK after final grades are due.
Transcripts requiring Spring 2008 grades will be processed beginning Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
Transcripts requiring Spring 2008 degrees will be processed beginning Tuesday, June 17, 2008.
