Enrollment Verification and/or Certification

As a service to students, letters of verification of current enrollment, degree conferral, etc. are provided upon request at no cost to students.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of requests for letters of verification.

Verification or certification of enrollment is available for various purposes, such as:

• Available to students who have an active UANet ID and Password.
• If you have a form that must be completed by the Registrar's Office, you must use one of the other methods of request submission.
• With Online Submission, students have the ability to check on the status of their request(s).

• Available to all students.
• Forms that must be completed by the Registrar's Office must be accompanied with an Enrollment Verification Form and submitted by mail, fax, or in person.

• Fax your written request or completed form to 330-972-6097.
• Hand deliver your written request or completed form to Simmons Hall room 120 located at the corner of Buchtel Avenue and College Street on the Akron campus.
