Be Our Guest This Summer! Enroll at UA as a Guest Student this Summer
If you’re attending another institution, register with us as a guest student this summer. In most cases, your credits will transfer to your home institution and give you a jump on next fall.*
Please visit http://www.uakron.edu/admissions/guest.php for more information. If you are applying to UA for the 2007 summer semester, the $30 application fee is waived. Also, if you previously paid the application fee, you do not need to pay it again.
As a guest student, you’ll also have use of our new facilities. So after class, visit our new:
Student Recreation and Wellness Center, where you can play some hoops, work out on cardio or weight equipment, or just cool off in the leisure pool’s lazy river;
Student Union and pick up a latte at Starbuck’s, shoot some pool or bowl a few frames, or maybe catch a movie.
Greenspaces, where you can study or relax outside. Because our whole campus is wireless, check out a laptop from Bierce Library and take that class assignment outside to one of our many gardens, fountains or lawns.
* To be eligible for guest student status at UA, you must be in good standing at your home institution. We also recommend you obtain written permission from your home institution to attend UA classes this summer.
