Faculty Research Committee - Grants & Fellowships
The University of Akron annually provides funds for faculty research grants and summer fellowships. The Faculty Research Committee of the Faculty Senate, which is composed of representatives from the various colleges, evaluates grant and fellowship proposals submitted by the faculty and determines which of these will be funded. Historically, 50% of the submitted proposals are funded.
All full-time faculty are encouraged to apply.
Proposals from all disciplines are welcome!
