Facility Reservation Form Facility Reservations Policies & Procedures
- Residence hall lounges and facilities are designed for the exclusive use of resident students. Only approved residence hall organizations and Greek organizations are permitted to reserve and use these spaces.
- The purpose of these meeting rooms is for University-sponsored educational and/or social programs for the building (not for individual use).
- There are no overnight accommodations in the lounges or meeting rooms.
- Residence Life and Housing may require a UAPD officer be present at any event, at the organization's expense.
To reserve a lounge for use, complete a Facility Reservation Request at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event. You will be notified via email of approval/disapproval of your request.
