Facility Reservations Policies & Procedures

• Residence hall lounges and facilities are designed for the exclusive use of resident students. Only approved residence hall organizations and Greek organizations are permitted to reserve and use these spaces.
• The purpose of these meeting rooms is for University-sponsored educational and/or social programs for the building (not for individual use).
• There are no overnight accommodations in the lounges or meeting rooms.
• Residence Life and Housing may require a UAPD officer be present at any event, at the organization's expense.
