Peer Mentors

The role of the Peer Mentor is to be just that ... a mentor! As first-year students begin to become accustomed to the University, students have the ability to use their Peer Mentor in addition to the Resident Assistants on the floors to help give guidance from personal experience, direction to various offices on campus for support and assistances and programming social and education activities to strengthen the community. Being available and having a presence on the floor, Living Learning Community (LLC) students have multiple support systems to help provide a nurturing environment that seems comfortable and assists in easing the transition to college life.
