The keynote speaker for the Ohio Communication Association Conference (Oct. 5-6, Kent State) is Dr. Andrew Rancer. His presentation is titled, “The Importance of Applied Communication Research.” He will outline the benefits of applied communication research and how communication research should attempt to address practical problems.
