SEAC serves as an advisory committee to the President of The University of Akron in matters concerning the University's non-bargaining staff employees. The Committee is comprised of 12 members elected by University of Akron Staff or appointed by the President to serve three year terms of office.
The SEAC executive committee ( Chair, Vice Chair & Secretary ) meets with the president on a monthly basis.
