30-minute workouts: Everybody has time for that!

When time is tight and you want to get a workout in, you need something quick, yet efficient, that gets the job done like these 30 minute or less workouts!

Informal Recreation

  • Drop in basketball
  • Drop in volleyball
  • Drop in futsal
  • Drop in badminton
  • Racquet ball in the ONAT
  • Wallyball in the ONAT

Fitness/Cardio

  • 20 minute Power Abs class offered 9 times a week
  • Run on the track
  • 30 minutes on any cardio or strength machine
  • 30 minute group exercise class Lower Body Blitz
  • 30 minute group exercise class Upper Body Blitz

Aquatics

  • Swim laps in the ONAT pool
  • Water aerobics in the Leisure Pool (without getting your hair wet!)
  • Tuesday night open kayaking in the ONAT pool from 8-10 p.m.
  • Tuesday night Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) in the ONAT pool from 8-10 p.m.

Outdoor Adventure

  • Complete the mile-high challenge at the rock wall throughout the semester
  • Informal bouldering during open open climbing hours
  • Informal rope climbing during open climbing hours
  • Participate in slacklining, a taut, fixed rope used to test balance!
  • Tuesday night open kayaking in the ONAT pool from 8-10 p.m.
  • Tuesday night Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) in the ONAT pool from 8-10 p.m.
