Group Exercise Classes

Our group exercise classes are included in your membership and may be attended on a drop-in basis. Although registration is not required, you will need your ZipCard or mebership ID card. We offer a variety of formats including cardio-based, toning and strength, water, cycling and yoga. The group exercise studios are located on the upper level of the Student Recreation & Wellness Center.

We recommend using the guidelines below to help you determine what level of classes is best for you and your fitness goals.

        • Beginner - Designed to teach the fundamentals to those just starting an exercise program.
        • Intermediate - Tailored to those who exercise regularly, using additional choreography and moving at a faster pace.
        • Advanced - Organized for students who have mastered the technique and forms of group exercise.
        • All Levels - Formatted to allow students to work at their own pace and comfort level.

The Group Exercise schedule is subject to change, and classes may be cancelled due to low participation.
