We continue to need your help in bringing our Zips football team to campus. Our goal of $30 million is in reach. With $21million pledged, there is still much work to be done. This facility will provide alumni, fans, and supporters of The University of Akron an on campus location to showcase its talent and take pride in your team and university. By building this facility, Akron athletics will have one of the finest stadiums in not only the Mid-American Conference but the nation as well. The stadium will have an official capacity of 30,000 which will include luxury suites, a club level, general seating, and areas for you to enjoy game day festivities while cheering on your Zips!

The University of Akron Department of Intercollegiate Athletics needs a significant amount of private support to continue our pursuit for a Multi-Complex Facility. Funding for the state-of-the-art Multi-Complex Facility will be generated but not limited to naming opportunities through the Z-Fund. We fully intend to engage the community in this process, giving all of Akron an opportunity to help bring Zips football to campus.
