Nomination Instructions:
Nomination criteria and a more detailed description of each award can be obtained by accessing the individual award's link below.
The nomination form can be used for any of the awards and can be completed on line and then printed. This will allow you to attach any other needed materials to the completed form before submitting it to the Recognition and Awards Committee for consideration.

Please submit all completed nomination materials to the Recognition and Awards Committee, addressed to the attention of Doris Robinson, STUN 306 +4612 by 12:00 p.m. on May 19, 2008. Nominations may also be faxed to 330.972.5681 or emailed to dkr@uakron.edu.
