 Upcoming Gulf Coast Relief Trip: The University of Akron Alternative Spring Break Committee is currently planning the next Gulf Coast Relief trip. This year we are traveling to a new location, Houma, LA, located just west of New Orleans, to help rebuild a community still ravaged by Hurricane Katrina. The likely departure from Akron will be noon on Saturday, March 15, 2008. The group will return to Akron, by late Saturday, March 22nd.
All interested University of Akron students, faculty, and staff are invited to register for the trip. Participants must be atleast 18 years of age. For additional information please contact:
