To indicate official interest in participating in the Alternative Spring Break Trip, registration packet materials must be completed and submitted to the Office of Leadership and Development, Student Union 130, Akron, Ohio 44325-4608. This registration must be accompanied by a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit and is due by , February 22, 2008 by 5:00 p.m.
