Payment Method: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or checks (made payable to The University of Akron.) The Student Union Ticketmaster systems cannot accept Ticketmaster gift cards as a method of payment.
Ticketmaster Refund Policy: A refund will only be given if the show was canceled!
Credit Card Refund: If you paid with a credit card, then your refund will go back onto your credit card.
Cash Refund: If you paid with cash, then your refund will be issued in the form of a check.
