The Cumberland Trail is a rugged, historical trail celebrating the heritage of Tennessee and, when completed, will be a 300-plus mile trail beginning at Cumberland Gap National Park on the northern border of Tennessee/Kentucky and ending in the "Grand Canyon" of Tennessee, the Tennessee River Gorge in Chattanooga. Be a part of history and experience the adventure of constructing this trail. Please note: building this trail will take a great deal of physical labor and strength. Please take this into consideration. Lodging will be provided at a nearby camp.
