Involvement Fair

The SOuRCe will be sponsoring an Involvement Fair on January 25th, 2012 from 4:00-6:00pm in Student Union Ballroom A.

Similar to RooFest, the Involvement Fair is intended to provide our organizations with the opportunity to engage students and to educate University students on the many involvement opportunities on campus.

Applications for organization participation are available on OrgSync. Applications are due to the SOuRCe no later than January 13th, 2012 at 5:00pm. Space is very limited and will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.

Gears Of A Leader Series (G.O.A.L.S)

This series of programs is designed to provide student organization leaders with the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills by participating in discussion and activity

Topic: Goal Setting
Student organization leaders who attend this session will how to effectively set goals for their organization. 

Wednesday, March 21^st 6-7pm Student Union 308
Topic: Ice Breakers & Team Builders
Student organization leaders who attend this session will learn different teambuilding and ice breaker activities in order to strengthen their student organization 

Wednesday, April 18^th 6-7pm Student Union 308
Topic: Officer Transitions
Student organization leaders who attend this session will learn how to effectively plan a student organization retreat and understand the importance of transitioning officers

Helping Organizations With… (H.O.W)

This NEW series of how-to programs is designed to provide student organizations with an in-depth explanation of the SOuRCe policies and how to properly fill out paperwork and documentation.

Student organization leaders who attend this session will learn new fundraising strategies in order to raise money for their student organization.

Thursday, February 23^rd 2-3pm Student Union 308
HOW…Maximizing OrgSync
Student organization leaders who attend this session will learn how to effectively promote their organization through OrgSync by maximizing its features.

HOW…Putting Your Constitution into Action
Student organization leaders who attend this session will learn about the different elements of an organization constitution and how to successfully utilize their constitution to benefit the day-to-day function of the organization.
