FREE PEPSI BEVERAGES AVAILABLE TO REGISTERED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

PepsiCo donates a limited quantity of Pepsi products to the University for distribution by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Registered student organizations are invited to request Pepsi products for special activities.

The following guidelines will apply to distribution of free Pepsi products:
• Only registered student organizations are eligible for free Pepsi products.
• Events/activities must be advertised, open to the entire University student community and deemed consistent with the purpose of the organization.
• The total for each organization is limited to no more than 120 cans of product per organization per academic year.
• A representative of the organization must pick up the product. Pick-up times must be scheduled with the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Product not picked up as scheduled will be forfeited.
• All requests are subject to review by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the organization will receive the Pepsi products.
• Appropriately submitted Pepsi requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Procedure to request free Pepsi products:

• Pepsi product request forms are available in the SOuRCe. Fully completed request forms must be received in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs 2 weeks prior to the event. Incomplete requests will not be considered.
• Completed forms may be submitted to the SOuRCe, Student Union Room 130, or Student Affairs in Buchtel Hall Room 51.
