Student Union Policies Kiosk Only registered student organizations or academic/administrative departments may post in the kiosks.
Space will be given on a first come first served basis.
The organization/department is responsible for the development of all postings.
Please complete the form in addition to supplying the flyer and turn these in the Wednesday prior to the week of posting to the Information Center.
Postings may be hung for one to four weeks at a time and up to eight copies can be posted which will be hung and removed on Fridays.
Postings can be for Major Events and advertisement only, not for general meeting information and MUST have the date, time, and location of the event included on the posting.
Flyer Size:
Maximum size 18" x 24"
Minimum size 11" x 17"
Assistant Dean or designee has the right to waive this policy.
