Minors

The University of Akron has approved minor fields of study that may be placed on a student's record when all requirements have been completed for both the minor and the baccalaureate degree. A minimum grade-point average of 2.0 in each minor is required. For more details, see your Academic Adviser or the Undergraduate Bulletin.

The number of credits after each degree indicate credits for the minor degree only.

You are advised to contact faculty in the department/s in which you plan to earn minors early in your undergraduate program.
