Chef Richard Alford has conducted workshops and seminars in Paris, California, Mexico, Jamaica, Canada, Brazil and across the United States. A member of the American Culinary Federation, his honors include:

  • Induction into the National Ice carving Hall of Fame
  • Chosen as a national judge for ice carving
  • NICA President’s Award recipient
  • ACF Gold Medal Winner for fruits and vegetable carvings
