Roland K. Arter joined the faculty of Summit College in 2003 as an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering Technology after many years in industry as a research engineer, project manager, marketing project manager and part-time instructor at Cleveland State. He is currently an Associate Professor and explores subjective learning decisions, pedagogy, and Q methodology in addition to new applications of mechanical engineering.
