Police Academy Commander Randy L. Rivers has over 30 years of professional law enforcement experience most recently having served as Captain and Division Commander for the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. Prior to joining the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department, Mr. Rivers served in the United States Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist/Criminal Investigator.
