VII. TRANSFER OF UAF FUNDS

  1. Requests for a transfer to UA must have a clear explanation of the intended use of the funds and documentation supporting the amount requested for UAF to determine if the transfer meets the account restrictions
    (see UAF-Funds Transfer Request Form). 
  2. Approval for transfer of UAF funds must be approved as follows:
    1. For amounts up to $2,000, by the Assistant Foundation Treasurer. 
    2. For amounts greater than $2,000 and less than $100,000, by the Foundation Treasurer.
    3. For amounts greater than $100,000, by the Foundation Treasurer and Executive Director.
