Charged by the Vice President of Student Engagement and Success, the Assessment Team is a standing committee comprised of representatives from departments within the Division of Student Engagement and Success who serve to:
- Assist Student Engagement and Success departments in developing a unit assessment plan and purposeful inclusion of learning outcomes based on the CAS standards and aligned with the University's Vision 2020 and the SEAS Division wide goals.
- Collaborate with counterparts on the other Student Engagement and Success Teams to provide assessment based education, professional development, and resources to the departments within the division.
- Develop the division wide reporting templates.
- Make recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team for Engagement and Success about UA comparison institutions and divisions.
