UA students Week of Welcome

Week of Welcome offers a variety of activities and programs to kick off fall semester. Among them are a few major events, some old-standing traditions, and some exciting new opportunities that you will not want to miss!

On Monday and Tuesday, we'll have welcome teams across campus to help you find your classes and answer questions. We're here for you!

Among the highlights of the week are New Student Convocation, the Convocation Celebration, Rock the Lock concerts, comedians, magicians, movies, the Greek Life Ice Cream Social, Roo Fest and a lot more!

Join other incoming freshman as we head out to Camp Carl in Ravenna, Ohio for a day of outdoor adventure. Choose from paintball, horseback riding, high ropes, rock climbing wall, canoeing, frisbee golf, ultimate frisbee, a soak in the pool and much more.  Pick-up location will be in the loop in front of the JAR. There will be 2 pick-up times: 8:30 a.m. and noon. The morning session will leave at 8:30 a.m. to return at 1 p.m., and the afternoon session will leave at noon to return at 4:30 p.m. Free lunch will be provided to everyone at 12:30 p.m.  Sign up at www.campusfocus.org.
