Biography

I have been teaching in the Women's Studies Program for six years as well as sharing my time with the Student Success Seminar course.  The Women's Studies Program has been inspiring in both my personal and professional life. My time here at The University of Akron has provided the opportunity to expand my teaching through programming with organizing events such The Vagina Monologues and Rethinking Race events. I am also involved in professional organizations such as WIHE, AAUW and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
