About the Certificate
Admission requirements:
- Admitted to the University as a graduate student (with either full or provisional status)
- You must apply for the certificate through the graduate school
- Provide a Statement of Purpose
Certificate Requirements:
- Five courses in composition and linguistics are required
- Other appropriate English courses in composition or linguistics may be substituted as optional courses with the permission of the director
