Overview
This program is a fully online, asynchronous program for those with a K-12 teaching license who wish to add a Educational Technology endorsement onto that teaching license or for individuals in other work settings who are interested in designing and creating online learning resources and/or managing technology settings.
Admissions Requirements
Graduate students must apply for the certificate program through the Graduate School. A minimum grade point average of 2.75 is required. Passage of the state assessment in Technology Education (Subsets I & II) are required in order to apply for and obtain the state licensure endorsement. Students must have a 2.5 undergraduate GPA in order to be admitted to this program.
Career Outcomes
The program is designed to engage students in theory and teaching strategies to effectively implement technology in K-12 instruction and other settings.
