CBA Team Takes 3rd in Finance Industry Issues Competition

Congratulations to CBA students David Casalinova, Casandra Cameron, Jake Marty, and Dr. Barry Mulholland, CFP Director (pictured, l to r) for the team’s 3rd place finish in the 2017 Industry Issues Competition (IIC) held on Monday, January 23, 2017.

The student teams from schools participating in the Society of Financial Services Professional’s University Partners Program (UPP) previously submitted papers on their solutions to an important industry issue chosen by the Foundation for Financial Service Professionals. The Foundation hosted presentations by the finalist university teams taking part in the National IIC held in Phoenix, Arizona. The CBA team presented their solution before a panel of experienced financial services professionals.

Dr. Barry Mulholland served as their faculty advisor.
