Customer Relationship Management Course Will be Offered in Fall 2013. Even non-degree students may take the CRM Course offered in fall.

This graduate business course will give working professionals and leaders a robust, real-world background in the rapidly changing world of Customer Relationship Management. This business seminar includes class discussions, lectures and presentations about CRM strategies industry leaders are using to drive to new growth, maintain competitive advantage and attain operational excellence while reducing costs.


By the completion of this course, each student will develop a full customer relationship strategy including an assessment of key issues, cross-functional customer value creation program, marketing investment audit, operational implementation plan and the key ways to monitor success.

Convenient Schedule

You do not need to be in a degree program to take the Fall 2013 CRM course. It will meet on Thursday evenings from 5:20 to 7:50 starting August 29, 2013 through December 8, 2013. All materials will also be available online to help working professionals who need to travel and work this course into their schedules. You do not need to be in a degree program to take this course.

This course will benefit managers and leaders involved in making key business decisions, particularly business decisions regarding marketing, sales and service, IT, budget allocation and measuring organizational effectiveness.
