Tobacco-Free Campus: On July 1, 2017 we became a smoke- and tobacco-free campus, in keeping with our goal of being a safe, healthy, clean, respectful and welcoming campus. Balance & Relaxation: If you are seeking assistance with stress management, relaxation techniques, or recommendations on techniques to help you feel more balanced and relaxed, the Counseling and Testing Center has a list of resources.

Exercise: The Recreation and Wellness Center offers many activities to promote physical health and wellness including group exercises, personal training services and wellness screenings & assessments.
