Dance Institute Pre-Professional Classes

Advanced Students receive rigorous training in ballet, pointe, classical and contemporary ballet repertoire, and jazz, all of which emphasize technical excellence and artistic maturity. Students attend classes 5 days per week.

Class Attire                                              
Girls: Plain solid-colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet and pointe shoes. Hair secured back and off of face.
Boys: Fitted white shirt or leotard, black tights or leggings, thin white socks, white ballet shoes. Hair short enough to stay off of the neck and away from the eyes, eyebrows and sides of the face.

Snow Maiden is Dance Institute’s full-length story ballet performed every other year during the winter season with professional wardrobe and technical production staff and support. A Snow Maiden Fee is required from each student. The fee and performance dates are listed below. Additional details of student participation in this production are distributed by the Dance Institute office.

Dance Institute's Work Summary is a presentation of class exercises and/or repertoire that have been prepared as part of the curriculum of each level and created expressly to represent the level's vocabulary and training goals.

Adv Fee for 2018-19 Academic Year: $3,100.00 
(classes scheduled between August-May)
Adv Fee Payment Options:

    -- 3 payments of $1,033.34 due on or before August 30, November 30 and March 30
    -- 9 monthly payments of $344.45 due August through April on or before the 28th of each month
Adv Snow Maiden Fee: $50.00 
Registration Fee (new students only): $10.00
    --To be made with the first payment

Fees are non-refundable.  In case of extended illness or injury, please contact the office.
